Emanuel Avila Martin is an associate at Legacy Law Group®. He assists clients in the areas of estate planning and trust administration.

Emanuel is located in the Sacramento area and practices statewide. 

Emanuel is a member of the State Bar of California and California Lawyers Association, Trusts and Estates Section. He is the Treasurer of the Sacramento County Bar Association, Probate and Estate Planning Section. He is also a member of the Sacramento Estate Planning Council and the Cruz Reynoso Bar Association.

He clerked for Magistrate Judge Luis Guillermo Rivas at the Corte Supreme de Costa Rica and interned with the State of California. Emanuel earned his law degree from McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific.

Emanuel volunteers within his community, enjoys hiking, barbequing, and grilling. Emanuel is fluent in Spanish.
